TRANSLATION

You need the Alpha Channel Selections Image. Unzip to a folder
of your choice. STATIONARY FILE HERE

You will also need a Tube of your Choice.

This Image is the size of 8 x 11 Paper. You can print out the stationary you make and use it.

Open up the wgbstationary Image do a Shift D to duplicate and close out the Original.

This Tutorial was written in PSP 9. Can be done in 7 or 8.

1. Click on the Background Layer. Flood fill this layer with a Light color that compliments your Tube.

2. Click on the Tube Layer. Apply your tube. The Size will be different for each tube so you will have to play with the size. Place it in the center. Lower the Opacaity of this layer. This will also depend on the tube. I took Mine to 48.

3. Click on the Lines Layer. Go to Selections/Load/Save Selections/Load Selection from Alpha Channel. Select 01-wgblines. Flood fill with Darker color.

4. If you place the tube in the corner. Just erase the lines where it is at and dont lower the Opacity.

Your Done! Save as a PSP File.
