TRANSLATION

Add a new layer. Using your Selection tool/Rectangle/Antialias
UNchecked draw a small rectangle on the side door for a hinge.
Flood fill with white and apply the same blade Pro Preset to it.
Apply the same drop shadow.

Step 8

Hide all layers that do not have to do with the door. The
Hinges, Knob, Pattern fill and the door it self. Right click on a
active layer and Merge/Merge Visible. Name this layer Door.
Add a new layer and using your Selection Tool/Antialias Checked
/Rounded Rectangle Draw a small rectangle for a leg. Flood
fill with your wood pattern and apply the same Inner Bevel to
it. Copy and paste as a new selection and paste on the other side
for the other leg.

Click on the door Layer. Using the Deform Tool hold the CTRL
Key and click on the bottom right hand node and pull it down.
You should be pulling the door out as so:

Here is a tube of toliet paper to place on the inside if you wish:

To make the Kleenex box I just used a rounded rectangle. Inner Bevel
and a sheet of Toliet paper. Included in the zip file.
Save your image as a PSP file.
