TRANSLATION

This was written in PSP 7. But can be done in 6
you will need a Wood fill of your choice and a pattern
fill of your choice.

Open new image 200 x 400 transparent background add a new layer
Using the Preset Shapes tool, Rounded Rectangle/Stroked (for PSP6)
/Width 20. Foreground color set to white. Make sure the second
Stlyes button is set to Null (PSP7). Draw a tall rectangle and
flood fill with your wood pattern.

Step 1

Go to Image Effects/Inner Bevel and apply with the follow settings:

Step 1a

Using youur magic wand click in the center of your rectangle.
Add a new layer and flood fill with your wood pattern.

Step 2

Add a new Layer. Using your Selection Tool Rounded rectangle/
Antialias checked, draw a rectangle at the top. Apply the same
inner bevel and then apply a Drop Shadow using the following
settings:

Add a new layer. Using your Preset Shapes tool/Line Width 5
Locate the Heart 3 preset and draw a heart in the center of
the rectangle we just drew. Use you Selection tool/Rectangle/
Antialis UNchecked. Draw a rectangle around the heart and click
in the center to select it. Flood fill with your wood pattern.
Apply the same inner bevel to it. Click in the center of the heart.
Then go to Effect/3D Effects/Cutout and apply the following settings: If Using PSP 6 Here you will need a Heart Font or one your choice.

Step 4

Add a new layer. Using your Preset Shapes Tool/Rounded Rectangle/
Line width 10, make sure the second styles button is set to Null
(PSP7) Stroked for PSP 6. Draw a rectangle in the center below the
top part. Select the rectangle and Flood fill with the wood pattern.
Apply the same Inner Bevel and then apply the same Drop Shadow.
Use your deform tool if needed to make the rectangle fit inside:

Step 5

Click in the center of this rectangle, open your pattern fill.
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand and expand the selection by 3.
Select your pattern fill and flood fill the center. Go to Effects/
Texture Effects/Blinds and apply the following settings:

Apply the same drop shadow as before. Add a new layer and draw a
small circle on the outer edge for a knob. Flood fill with white
and apply a Blade Pro Preset to it. Add the same drop shadow.
