TRANSLATION

11. Go to Selections/Select All/Selections/Float.
Then go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and put in the
following:
Vertical/Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 100
Blur: 50
Shadow Color: #8A6136 (change if you are using a different wood)
Repeat the cutout changing the Vertical/Horizontal to -2

12. Click on the arrow by your color pallet to change
the foreground to the wood pattern and make the background
null.

13. Using your Preset Shapes tool Change your line width to 10.
Draw a medium circle. in the center of your harp.
Right Click on your layer and Select convert to raster.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and Apply the Pillow Preset
to it, using the default settings.

Step 11

14. Click in the center of the circle using your Magic Wand.
Go to Selections/Modify/Expand and put in a 2.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and apply with the following
settings:
Vertical/Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 50
Shadow Color: #8A6136 (change if you are using a different wood)

15. Click on the arrows by your color Pallet and change
the wood to the Background, the Foreground should be Null.
Go Back to your Preset Shapes tool. Select the Rounded Rectangle
Draw a rectangle across the top as shown below:
Name this Layer Top Bar.

Step 12

16. Right Click on the Layer and choose Convert to Raster.
Go to Selections/Select All/Selections/Float.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and apply with the following
settings:
Vertical/Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 100
Blur: 25
Shadow Color: #8A6136 (change if you are using a different wood)
Repeat the cutout changing the Vertical/Horizontal to -2

17. Go Back to your Preset Shapes Tool/Ellipse. Draw a
small circle on the left hand side.

18. Right click on your layer and convert it to Raster.
Go to Selections/Select All/Selections/Float.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and Apply with the following
settings:
Vertical/Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10 (This might need to be changed if you are using a
different wood pattern)
Shadow Color: #8A6136 (change if you are using a different wood)

19. Go to Edit/Copy. Then go to Edit/Paste as a New Selection.
And place below. Do this one more time so you have a total of 3.
Duplicate this Layer and go to Image Mirror. Use your Mover
tool and Place on the right hand side :

Step 14

20. Change your background to Gradient and find the Metallic
gradient that comes with PSP. IN PSP 8 Use the Metal Steel.
Drag this layer under your circles layers. Go to your preset Shapes
Tool/Rounded Rectangle, Vector and Anti-alias checked. Draw a
horizontal rectangle from the left side of the top circle to
the right side of the top circle. Right Click and Convert this
layer to Raster. Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the
Metallic preset using the default settings.

21. Go back to your top layer. Using the Preset Shapes Tool
same settings. But change the Gradient to an Angle of 90. Draw
a thin Vertical rectangle going down the top bar past the middle
Circle. Add 3 more rectangles making each one a different
Length as shown below:

Step 15

22. Right Click and convert this layer to Raster. Go to Effects/3D
Effects/Inner Bevel and Apply the Metallic Preset to it, using
the default settings.

23. Change your background back to the wood fill. Foreground
should still be null. Using the Preset Shapes Tool. Change it
back to Ellipse. Draw a small circle on the bottom of one of the
Rectangles you just made. Right click on your layer and convert
it to Raster.
Go to Selections/Select All/Selections/Float.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout and Apply with the following
settings:
Vertical/Horizontal: 0
Opacity: 100
Blur: 10 (This might need to be changed if you are using a
different wood pattern)
Shadow Color: #8A6136 (change if you are using a different wood)

24. Go to Edit/Copy/Edit/Paste as a New Selection and paste
it under the other 3 rectangles. Go to your Top Bar Layer, click
on it. Go to Layers/Arrange/Move to Top.

Step 16

25. Go back to the harp layer and add a new layer. This is for
your decorations. Decorate as you wish!

You are done save as a PSP file.
