TRANSLATION

This can be done in PSP 6 or 7
You will need a wood pattern of your choice.

Open a new image 500 x 500 Transparent background.
Add a new layer. Using your preset shapes tool Ellipse/Antialias
Checked/Line width 20. Draw a large Ellipse. Select the outline and
flood fill with your favorite wood pattern.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and apply the
following settings:

Click on Layer 1 and add a new layer. Using your selection tool
draw a long Rounded rectangle/Antialias Checked, for your Slat
for the chair top. Flood fill with your wood pattern and apply
a drop shadow using the following settings:

Copy and paste as a new layer to fill the back of the chair.
For the end pieces I did resize them down by 75%. Or you can
use your deform tool to size them down also.
Should look like this:

Click on Layer 1 and hide it. Go to layer 2 and Merge/Merge
Visible. Add a new layer and using your Selection Tool/Rounded
Rectangle/Antialias Checked Draw a rectangle for your seat.
Flood Fill with your wood pattern. Apply the same Inner Bevel.

Using your deform tool hold the CTRL key down and pull the top left
node in until it lays flat. Release the CTRL Key and adjust the side
and middle in until it looks right:

Add a new layer and using your selection tool draw a Rounded Rectangle
for your leg. Flood fill with your wood pattern and apply the same Inner
Bevel. Use your deform tool hold the CTRL Key down and pull the
bottom left node in a little bit. Copy and paste as a new selection
and place all of your legs. Should look Like this:

Thats it you have your Chair.
